This luxury award winning apartment is situated in arguably the best location of Courchevel 1850: the prestigious tree lined area of Jardin Alpin. Being centered in between two gentle green pistes the apartment offers ski-in ski-out access to both the Verdons and Etoiles pistes. In addition the Jardin Alpin gondola (open until 8 pm) is no further than 35 m. away making its location very hard to beat.

The next door Etoiles drag lift brings children and beginners directly to the nursery slopes. They can ski back over a gentle green piste. The apartment is therefore ideal for parents with children and novice skiers.

If shopping is your thing then the Louis Vuitton, Fendi and Dior boutiques are all located within a 100 meters from the apartment. A ski hire shop is conveniently located inside the building. Our privately owned apartment is located in the same building as the well known 5* Byblos Hotel. Guest can for a charge enjoy the hotel’s facilities, like the sauna, swimming pool with a view over the slopes or room service. Or why not treat yourself to a relaxing massage in the Byblos’ spa?

Amenities of the apartment include a Bang & Olufsen TV, exclusive Chopard toiletries, a very fast Internet connection, a Nespresso espresso machine, Sky TV, a Playstation 2 and much more. The 62 m2 south facing apartment with lift is located on the 3rd floor (4 in total) and comfortably sleeps 6. It has two spacious bedrooms with ample storage space and two bathrooms.

The lounge is decorated in warm colors and has 2 comfortable sofas of which one doubles as a very high quality double sofa bed (160 x 190), there's a large wooden dining table for family meals, a Bang & Olufsen flat screen TV with international TV channels (Sky), a DVD player, a selection of recent multi-lingual DVD’s, a Playstation 2 for the kids, complimentary WiFi broadband Internet access, board games and books. The lounge benefits from a south-facing balcony and floor to ceiling glass windows offering stunning uninterrupted views of the mountain peaks and slopes. In the evening it offers a magical view of the flood lit threes surrounding the building!

There is a well equipped spacious kitchen with microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, blender, Nespresso coffee machine and lots of tools. It's ideal for preparing family meals.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed (180 x 190 cm) which can be divided into two separate beds, a view over the outside trees and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, basin, WC and Chopard toiletries. The second bedroom has two single beds (80 x 190 cm) and the same lovely view. Each of the two bedrooms have their own east facing private balcony so you wake up with a sunny view over the valley!

Additionally there is a second spacious family bathroom with shower over bath and basin and a separate WC.

On the lower ground floor there is a heated ski-room with two private ski-lockers. From here you can ski out directly onto the slopes or walk 35 m. to the cable car. Unique to Courchevel 1850 there is a private parking in front of the building. Places are free and widely available. A place in the underground parking can be reserved for a surcharge.

Children are our most important guests. That’s why we have a Playstation 2 game console, a variety of board games for all ages, lots of children movies, Disney TV and even sledges for their enjoyment. For the youngest ones we can provide baby equipment and cots free of charge.

There are local British & French crèches with baby equipment and we can arrange private nannies too to give you some of that well earned relaxing time.
