The first thing you will notice when you enter is the enormous living room with an open-plan kitchen. The atmospheric decor, the use of lots of wood, lovely details and the high-quality finish ensure that you will feel right at home. The cool open kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. From the living room and kitchen you have access to the spacious balcony, on the sunny side of the building. You have a total of 5 bedrooms, spread over three floors, and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated in the style of the house.
After a day of enjoying the snow, a nice walk or mountain bike tour, you can relax in your own private wellness area with sauna which is located in the basement. Here you'll also find ski-storage with ski boot dryers. (Since the house is built against a slope, the floor numbers can be confusing. The basement is the floor where you enter the building, the living floor is the floor above the basement and is called ground floor.)
Mühlbach is an ideal base for your holiday in summer as well as winter! There are lots of opportunities in the direct vicinity for mountain biking, golf, hiking, glacier skiing, paragliding, horseback riding and of course for people who are looking for peace and quiet. During the winter, you can reach the pistes of the Hochkönig skiing area in a few minutes by car; a beautiful area with guaranteed snow and more than 120 in pistes and picturesque mountain huts.
