This beautiful, very tastefully furnished holiday home is located near famous Bramberg am Wildkogel, in the neighbourhood “Mühlbach”, near the lift to the skiing area of Kitzbühel, on the sunny side of the valley.
The house features 3 holiday homes. You'll be staying in the holiday home on the ground floor, consisting of a spacious living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen. There also is a luxurious bedroom and a modern bathroom. If you're coming with 3 or 4 people, you can also use the high-quality sofa bed in the living room. You'll immediately feel at home here. There's a shared room to store your skis and ski boots or during the summer your mountain bike.
The public swimming pool and various sports facilities can be found close to the house.
In winter you can hop in the free ski bus only a short distance from the house (450 m). It takes you to the immediately surrounding skiing areas of Kitzbühel/Kirchberg or Bramberg/Wildkogel. Walking, tobogganing, cross-country skiing is all possible in the immediate vicinity.
The 14 km long tobogganing run in Bramberg is highly recommended; it's the longest in the world. The owner also rents out sledges.
In the summer there's enough to do: the famous waterfalls of Krimml, the Grossglocknerstrasse and the Gerlos pass are are nearby. Definitely recommended!
