Piesendorf is centrally located in the Salzburgerland so that in the summer various golf courses, the Krimmler waterfalls, the Großglockner High Alpine Road, but also beautiful nature for walking or mountain biking are all nearby. In winter you can reach the ski areas of Zell am See in addition to the Walchener ski area and you can ski on the Kaprun glacier, the Kitzsteinhorn, most of the year.
