Apartment "Alte Post" is located in the centre of Saas Fee village and is only a few minutes away from the Skiarena and the ski lifts.We are able to offer accommodation for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms in the roof top apartment in the building „Alte Post“. The apartment provides over 140 square metres and comprises a master suite, three bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and an open kitchen with a further two bedrooms and a bathroom with whirlpool in the gallery.
The Accommodation Details:
The walls in the living room and the master suite are decorated with wooden paneling typical for the time and this type of building. The external stone walls have been kept in their original state as much as possible. The first floor has under floor heating. The concrete floor is painted with light grey resin cover. All attic floors are covered with wooden laminate. The original paneling in the bathroom, toilet, and gallery is varnished.
The apartment offers a log stove and jacuzzi as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen with all accessories including a washing machine and dryer. The apartment has a cordless telephone and a wireless internet connection.
A small balcony is located on the east side. On the southside a balcony of larch wood offers superb views over the village and the mountains. The holiday apartment „Alte Post“ has been awarded 5 Stars from the Swiss Tourist Association.
About the Apartment:
The building was reconstructed in accordance with Saas Fess strict building and design laws to maintain the local alpine style. The building´s exterior was preserved in the traditional form. Two luxury apartments with separate entrances were completed. The apartment at garden level is used by the owners. The second apartment that stretches across the first floor and the attic is for guests. This unit measures over 140 square meters and comprises a master suite with an en suite bathroom, two additional bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a open kitchen with two additional bedrooms in the attic and a Jacuzzi. The apartment has a WLAN Internet connection that is available in the entire apartment.
Saas-Fee is car-free. Upon arrival you park your car in a parking garage and take a taxi to „Alte Post“.
