Both the triple rooms have access to a front-facing balcony. This top floor penthouse has a capacity for 14 people with the use of the sofa bed in the living area but we recommend a max of 12 with there being 2 bathrooms. Both have a walk-in shower and sink, in the main bathroom there is a bath and twin sinks. The toilet is separate to make life easier for sharing
The apartment is on the top/second floor and has a balcony right off the main open plan living area, with some lovely views. There are some atmospheric high ceilings in the main open plan living area and both of the triple bedrooms.

The nearest supermarket is located about 50 m away (Hofer) and close enough to walk to there is a Lidl, Billa and Merkur supermarket, all within 300m and of course a McDonalds!.The Pinzgau Local Train station is extremely close for great connections to everywhere, with the lake a short walk away.
