Chalet Roji is a beautifully renovated 5 bedroom self-catered chalet that is well situated in Morzine in a quiet residential area a 10 minute walk to the town centre and to the Super Morzine lift.
The chalet has been well thought out to suit a group of 8 adults comfortably with 4 bedrooms all with their own bath or shower room but can accommodate up to 12 guests using the additional bunkbed room plus the bunks in one of the double bedrooms, so offering great flexibility for groups and families.
The chalet is arranged over 3 levels. On the entrance there is one double/twin ensuite bedroom: a TV snug room: a super practical boot wet gear storage area with heated boot warmers and a laundry area and lastly a communal toilet. On the first floor there is the open plan sitting room/kitchen with dining area. This is a lovely bright space with large windows and patio doors leading out onto the wrap around balcony which also gives access to the garden.
The kitchen is a generous size and beautifully designed with contemporary black units and a cream stone finished worktop set off perfectly by the eucalyptus painted wall. There is a large oak dining table that comfortably sits 10. In the sitting area there is a log burner, a large corner sofa as well as a 2 seater sofa plus a couple of bucket seats meaning there is plenty of comfy seating for up to 10 guests. With having the TV room downstairs in addition plus the balcony and garden, there is plenty of communal living space.
Upstairs there are two double/twin bedrooms, each with their own shower room and balcony then a double/twin that has a set of bunkbeds so it can flex to being a family quad room. This room has a spacious separate bathroom (bath with shower over). There is a second communal toilet off the set of stairs leading up to the third level.
Outside of the chalet there is secure ski and bike storage and parking for up to 3 cars.
