Throught the blue Dou du Praz, you can reach the Bergerie chair lift, which will bring you to the skiing area of La Plagne. Shops, restaurants and the ski school (with childcare) are about 100 m away.
Résidence Sun Valley features a reception/lounge with fireplace and billiards, a heated indoor pool (9 x 6 metres), jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. These facilities are shared with next-door hotel Vancouver and can be used for free. There also is a ski storage, laundry (for a fee), parking garage (for a fee; height up to 2.10 m). Bread service can be arranged at the reception and there's a bar/restaurant in the building.

The main building has five floors (with lift) and houses 65 nice apartments. The apartments have pretty much the same furnishings and each apartment features a kitchenette and a balcony or terrace.
The difference is the size and amount of bedrooms: an apartment with one bedroom for two people (FR-73210-140), an apartment with two bedrooms for four people (FR-73210-141) and an apartment with three bedrooms for six people (FR-73210-142). All of these apartments also have a sofa bed in the living room for 2 extra people.
This residence also offers group accommodations. There's a 10-person apartment (FR-73210-143), a 12-person apartment (FR-73210-144) and a 14-person apartment (FR-173210-145). These apartments have a sofa bed in the living room and respectively five, six or seven rooms.
