It enjoys beautiful views of pinewoods and steep mountains. The complex is around 800 metres from the welcoming village of Samoëns. It was built in 2005 in the typical Savoy style. This combines much wood and natural stone. The complex consists of apartments, divided between small buildings of two storeys, and attached chalets.
There is a fee on the sauna and steam room, 1 free entry per apartment per week.

This residence is built in 2005, in a typical local Savoyan style with many wood and nature stone. The apartments are spacious, luxurious and pleasant furnished. All apartments have a balcony. The 4-6 pers. duplex apartments (FR-00000-384) are in some cases divided over two floors. The 6-10 pers. chalets (FR-00000-385 and FR-00000-386) have three or four bedrooms, some also have a sleeping corner.
