Xanadu - Vibrant, fun luxury chalet for 14

At 400m2, this chalet is vast and along with its seven ensuite bedrooms, guests get to enjoy the huge games room, with a proper bar, table tennis & snooker tables. A sunken hot tub on the huge terrace that spans the length of the chalet. Deer and other wildlife leave tracks in the snow overnight, and can often be spotted when your relaxing in the hottub as this A-frame chalet nestles in pine forest and is set back from the road.

Located in a secluded spot, between the ski areas of Grands Montets, and Flegère lift stations. Enormous living dining area with indoor BBQ (yes you read that right) roaring wood-burner and of course, another bar area. The chalet is in its original 1970's glory, think eye-popping patterned bathrooms, vintage wallpapers, and collectors’ lighting.

Every bedroom has its own dedicated ensuite, some also have upholstered walls! There are sociable spaces, quiet corners and alpine views of the forest and mountains beyond from every window. Vintage lighting, insta worthy wallpaper and colourful art abound in this fantastically located ski pad. You’ll adore the tranquil forest setting, perfect to return to after a great days skiing or experiencing Chamonix-Mont-Blanc’s delights.

Chalet Xanadu is is only available for rental only during the winter months of January to April 2022, as unusually the owners will not be using it.

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom

Lower floor bedroom is a twin, but the beds can go together to create a double

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and ensuite bathroom

This bedroom is on the middle floor with the living space. It has a separate bathroom and toilet dedicate to it, although the toilet is also the easiest to use from the living space too. This bedroom has access directly to the balcony with the hot tub.

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed

This bedroom is on the middle floor with the living space. It has a private bathroom and toilet attached to it. This bedroom has access directly to the balcony with the hot tub.

Bedroom 4: 2 double beds

This bedroom is on the middle floor with the living space. It has a private bathroom and toilet attached to it. It has a double bed.

Bedroom 5: 2 single beds

This bedroom is on the upper floor and is always a twin room with an attached toilet and shower.

Bedroom 6:

This bedroom is on the upper floor and has a double bed with two single mattresses on it, so it is possible to make up two separate sleeping places with separate bedding and linen, but the two mattresses are always on the same bed. It has a bathroom but no toilet so shares a toilet with the 7th bedroom.

Bedroom 7: 2 single beds

This bedroom is on the upper floor and has twin beds. It has a separate bathroom and a separate toilet, which it shares with bedroom 6.
