Kolašin is one of the centres of Montenegro's mountain tourism. Although Žabljak is considered more attractive destination, Kolašin has the advantage of being easily accessible by road and rail.

Kolašin 1450 Ski Resort is located at 1,450 m above sea level and is only 15 minutes away from the town of Kolašin. It is located in environmentally the most preserved region of Southeast Europe and is well known for huge amounts of snow precipitation in winter and a number of sunny days in summer, which makes it the ideal place for holidays in any period of the year.
The offer of Kolašin 1450 Ski Resort includes numerous ski paths maintained to the highest standards, modern ski-lifts, cableways with a spectacular view of the slopes of the mountain Bjelasica, ethno-cottages, cafes and restaurants where one can enjoy the gourmet specialties of Montenegrin cuisine.
The ski area includes: - Six-seater cableways, horizontal length: 1,187 m, capacity: 2,800 skiers per hour. - Two-seater cableways, length: 1,840 meters, capacity: 1,200 skiers per hour. - Tree ski lifts, length: 500 meters, capacity: 500-600 skiers per hour. - Baby ski lift, length: 150 meters, capacity: 400 skiers per hour.
Paths and technical equipment of Kolašin 1450 Ski Resort enable more than 10,000 skiers ski at the same time. Total length of paths is 30 kilometers which includes 10 kilometers of completely new paths for all categories of skiers. Capacity of ski lifts and cableways is around 6,300 skiers per hour.A variety of paths varying in length and weight, but equal in terms of their outstanding quality and stability of snow, is at your disposal throughout the ski season. Experienced instructors with international licenses and mountain guides will direct you to all the secrets of this amazing and magical eye-catching landscape, and your task is only to choose the path that best suits your preferences and skills. As all the slopes of Bjelasica are covered with thick layer of snow below which there is a grass and there are no stones that can cause injury and damage to the equipment.
