Very well beautiful furnished large living room with stunning views and cosy fire place, balcony with an impressive view of the Matterhorn.
Large kitchen decorated with great taste and with dining table (up to 12 people), kitchen very well furnished pleasant decorated with associated items such as toasters, microwaves, Nespresso machines and mixers.
4 nice double bedrooms (including 1 bedroom with direct access to bathroom / shower / WC), 2 other shower/toilet rooms. Two bedrooms with TV/DVD .
Our chalet was constructed in 2009 using traditional alpine methods and aged wood. Its location boasts many advantages. It is in the exclusive Winkelmatten section of Zermatt, next to a charming 17th century chapel that is very popular for weddings and other religious ceremonies.
Situated at an elevated position and surrounded by the stunning mountains of Zermatt, guests are treated to the early morning sun and views of the famous Matterhorn year-round.
In winter, you can ski almost all the way to the entry of the chalet. The Klein Matterhorn cable station is only a 5 minute walk away. There is a bus stop right in front of the chalet, another important plus. You also can find a little shop almost next door to the Chalet Ulysse. For families, the newly built children’s playground next door is extremely handy.
Chalet Ulysse is a triplex that consists of two scenic apartments: the expansive and enchanting Ulysse I on the upper two floors, and the exceedingly pleasing Ulysse II on the ground floor. Both apartments are furnished with the same great taste and attention that will make our guests feel comfortable and at home.
Guests of both apartments share the use of a wonderful sauna and relaxation room where they can rest after a busy day of skiing and hiking.
