family atmosphere Chalet with farmhouse cooking-British Hosts

We are mainly on one level once you are in the apartment, with some bedrooms on the second floor and a lounge area
We also have sofa beds if you have booked the whole chalet and pref to have separate sleeping areas....ie someone is snoring in your room and stopping you sleeping :)

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds

Pirin Room has Single beds that can be pushed together as a double. The Bunk beds can be used to store luggage on top of if not needed. When I say bunk beds they are loft beds with single moveable beds under neath.
This room can sleep 4 people.

Bedroom 2: 1 large double bed

Kutelo Room has a large king sized bed.
This room sleeps 2 people.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds

Muratov Room has 2 beds set as loft beds. and s single beds that can be put together as a large double with a topper mattress, or we can squeeze a single bed in as well if you prefer that. This is a large room (master).

Bedroom 4: 1 large double bed and 1 bunk bed

Begavitsa Room is curtained off from the main area and has a bunk/left bed and accommodate 2 people. We can add anther singel bed in here if you prefer that as well.
On this floor you have 2 bedrooms and the sitting room area.

2 double sofa beds

As we provide you meals, I doubt you will need to use the cooking facilities, but there are on hand if you need them. Microwave, toaster, hob and kettle in the kitchennette area. We also have hot water bottles if you need them.
Our laundry is cotton mix, so cotton towels and cotton mix bedding.
We also offer you slippers/flipflops if you have forgotten yours as we have a no shoe policy in the apartments to keep our wooden floors looking good, reduce noise and keep out the dirt and slush from the street. The slippers are hand made in Bansko and cost 15 leva pair as we have made by an old lady in Bansko.
Parking is on street parking, so its first come first served.

There is on street parking if required, at no charge. Though we don't have a swimming pool we can recommend one if you require a swim, as well as a good masseur who is sports massage trained.
We also have details of our Doctor and Dentist who are both fluent in English.
Because of the Covid 19 pandemic and possible border closurers, we can discuss this with you prior to booking. I would suggest reading the small print on your holiday insurance and checking what the situation is with the cover you are buying, as after I read a number of holiday insurance packages, some cover this and others do not. We are a small organisation and we will have driven out to the chalet in Bulgaria from the UK for the winter so are 100% commited to your booking, for any bookings we have over the winter season. We can not refund you beyond the normal refund policy on all chalets.
Airport transfers- these were 15 euros per person for airport pickup and drop off from sofia airport, if the prices are more than this, traventuria who we use, may put up the prices or be unable to book us in with late bookings, Some groups choose to self drive in thier own transport and you can find on street parkign for free. Some people do opt for hiring thier own vehicle from sofia airport as this will allow you to self drive to the top gondola station, which can be to your advantage, especially as the local taxi's will charge you 50 euro min for a drive to the top gondola per day.

Within 45 minutes: Swimming, Horse riding, Climbing, Golf, Tennis

swimming can be at a number of hotels, or we can take you to the Mineral pools in Banya for a small fee
So far Climbing is only in summer
Horse riding is generally in the summer only
Most of the other sports are weather dependant.......snow will stop you playing tennis and golf I suspect.
