The chalet sleeps 10 people and is available on a per person or per room basis. The chalet is set in its own grounds with private parking, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Breezy & Alun have been running the chalet for over 15 years and love food. They get out on the hill 5 days a week so know the snow conditions and where to advise guests to go based on their ability. Al is a telemarker and snowboarder and Breezy is a downhiller. Having said that they like nothing better than donning their touring kit and getting away from the lift system.

The ensuite has a walk in shower and twin basins. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed The upstairs double is cosy room with a sloping roof. There is a shower room next door and a bathrooom on the next level up. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds The twin room is a cosy room with a sloping roof on the middle level. There is a shower room next door and a bathrooom on the next level up. Bedroom 4: 4 single beds The spacious quad room is a great family room or for friends sharing. The room enjoys a patio door onto a balcony with fantastic views of Mont Blanc. On the same level is a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, twin basins; and a separate toilet. There is an additional shower room on the next level down. |

About Chamonix
Chamonix is a real town with a bustling community and stacks of history. In the early years the valley was a harsh farming community and there were glaciers which literally crossed the valley floor. Explorers arrived and farmers became guides which was more lucrative. More tourists arrived and hotels sprung up, train lines were laid and lifts were built.
Now there are 5 ski domains in the valley, each with its own distinct character. The different nature of these areas provide massive flexibility to the skier and snowboarder in different conditions and for different abilities.
Chamonix is also home of the Vallee Blanche, a 26km off piste run from the Aiguille du Midi cable car. This is glacial terrain with different routes to challenge every level of ability. A High Mountain Guide is strongly recommended to make the most of the area and ensure your safety on heavily crevassed glaciers.

All rates are on a per person basis.
The chalet runs on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday. Flights are usually cheaper on a Sunday than a Saturday and most accommodation changes on a Saturday so Sundays on the slopes are invariably busier. Add to that, the fact that the Swiss shop on a Saturday and ski on a Sunday.... so Sundays are even busier on the slopes with daytrippers.
