Chalet Marmotte is very close to Morzine town hall and most facilities are extremely near (tennis courts are 50 metres away, the nearest ski lift is 100 metres away, the nearest supermarket is 200 metres away, the swimming pool is 300 metres away...). The chalet is made up of three apartments, this information is for the top apartment. Each sleeping 8, that can be booked together if need be, and as such is good for big groups and families, as well as business & corporate activities. The chalet is newly refurbished and furnished as of March 2016.
The apartment is 100m from the nearest ski lift (Super Morzine cable car) has four double bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en-suite), a large open plan kitchen with seating for 8, and a large living room also with sofas for 8. The flat screen TV includes all the Sky free-to-air channels as well as Netflix. The house is surrounded on all sides by balconies with views up and down the valley, has free parking around the building and includes storage space for bicycles (in summer) and a cave for ski equipment (in winter).
The guest have access to the entire flat, plus the cave, the storage space for bicycles, the free parking around the building, and a garden area for barbecues (when there isn't a lot of snowfall!).
