Chalet Supreme: A catered chalet to yourselves, no big group needed

You don't need a big group to have a catered ski chalet to yourselves. Supreme is a private chalet in Bansko for groups of friends and families of up to 10, with four bedrooms and a cosy lounge. Breakfast is served every day, with home-cooked dinners on three nights. Airport transfers, gondola shuttles, ski fitting and lift-pass cards are all sorted, so your group can settle in and make the place your own.

THE CHALET
Supreme is booked for sole use only, so the whole chalet is just for your group. It sleeps up to 10 across four bedrooms. Eight adults is the most comfortable setup, and groups of 9 or 10 work particularly well when some of the guests are children.

Supreme is made for smaller groups who want their own chalet without missing the social side. Breakfast and dinner are served next door at Diana-Ross alongside other Snomads guests, so you get the privacy of your own chalet with a more sociable atmosphere at mealtimes. If your group would rather eat on your own, you can upgrade to private dining for £400, and our team will bring your meals across and serve them at Supreme.

Outside, the hot tub, garden, table tennis and foosball are shared with guests at Diana-Ross. You'll also have your own 24/7 honesty bar, and a small kitchenette with a fridge, sink, coffee station and microwave.

YOUR WEEK, SORTED
Return Sofia airport transfers are included on standard changeover days. A return shuttle runs between the chalet and the gondola each ski day, leaving by 9am, with pickups back at 4pm, 4:30pm and 5pm. On your first ski day, we'll take you straight to a suitable lift point on the mountain, so you skip the busy gondola queue. On public holidays and selected peak weeks, this may be available as an optional add-on.

Our in-house fitter handles ski and snowboard fitting on site, and can service your own kit too. Premium equipment for more experienced skiers and snowboarders is available through a Snomads partner at an extra cost. Reusable lift-pass cards will be ready and waiting at the chalet, saving you a trip to the pass office on your first morning. We can help arrange lessons and other mountain activities, and you'll get discounted lessons through our ski-school partner. Children under 13 staying for a full week get free standard ski or snowboard hire, helmet included.

Breakfast is served every day, with hot options. Home-cooked two-course dinners are included on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday, and you can add Tuesday and Thursday, served privately at Supreme. You'll come back from skiing to a freshly baked treat, with mulled wine on arrival and tea, coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7. On the other evenings, we'll point you to our favourite spots in town, and guests get discounts at selected partner restaurants. Dietary requirements are catered for at no extra charge with at least two weeks' notice.

A Snomads host is around throughout your stay, in person or on WhatsApp, and you'll have a private group chat before you arrive.

BIGGER GROUP?
Group of more than 10? You can add extra rooms at Diana-Ross next door and keep Supreme as your private base. For bigger groups, book Supreme and Diana-Ross together for up to 35 guests, making it the largest catered chalet in Bansko. You'll have two separate chalets side by side, with shared grounds, so everyone stays close without squeezing into one place. When booked together, Diana-Ross is charged at the standard private chalet rate and you get 25% off Supreme.

ORGANISING THE GROUP?
Getting everyone booked is a job in itself, so as the organiser, your equipment hire and a spa day are on us, worth up to £130. It's transferable to anyone in your group.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Breakfast and dinner are served next door at Diana-Ross with other Snomads guests. Upgrade to private dining for £400 if you'd rather eat at Supreme on your own.
• Supreme doesn't have a sauna. If a sauna matters to your group, take a look at Diana-Ross or Chico.
• The kitchenette is for drinks, storing food and heating things up, and isn't set up for cooking.
• Children are catered for, although separate infant meals aren't provided.
• Bedrooms have Venetian blinds rather than blackout blinds. If you're sensitive to light, bring an eye mask.
• Supreme is in a residential part of Bansko, so you may hear some local life, including neighbourhood animals. Earplugs are available if you're sensitive to noise.
