Description
This high comfort privately owned mountain chalet is a certain home from home ... Although furnished to a high standard it is very comfortable and made to suit people who want to relax into their environment rather than feel like they are in a show home. It is set over 3 floors and there is a large integral garage, a covered parking area and ample extra parking on the driveway. Its laundry room, Sauna/shower room (large sauna!) and separate toilet are on the lower level along with bedroom 5 which has a set of bunks and another single bed. The garage has a dartboard and table tennis table and the bedroom has an extra TV for kids use and so the lower level becomes a great kids area. It has great open plan living space on the middle floor with seating for 12 people and with its many windows all around, the feeling of space is amazing. The open fire, fully equipped kitchen and beautiful large dining table and breakfast bar, really makes it home from home. It has 5 bedrooms with the 4 main bedrooms being on the top floor and all are ensuite with WC,s and shower units. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony.
There is a stunning terrace on the middle level housing a state of art SPA for 8 people and low level lounge seating and an exterior dining table with seating. The chalet is set back from the road and is backing onto the famous river dranse which is easily accessible directly on foot from the chalet.
Close to the centre of Morzine with all its great restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets and 20 mtrs from the free bus service, the position is great.
In the summer you can benefit from the large outdoor pool complex, tennis courts and skate park minutes from the chalet.
In the winter the free bus can take you to any ski lifts of your choice or it is a 10min stroll to the centre of town.
An upmarket comfortable chalet ideal for sports, corporate and families.
