On walking distance from the centre of Chatel and the ski lifts lies this chalet from where you have amazing views over the village and the mountains. This spacious and warm decorated chalet consists of 3 floors and is equipped with everything you need to have the ideal holiday.


House description

Ground floor: Large entrance with a stairs to go to the first floor. A bedroom with 2 box spring beds. On the other side is a bathroom with shower and sink. Next to the bathroom is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer

1st floor: Warm decorated living room with a big and comfortable sofa next to the woodstove and in front of the smart television with also all the Dutch channels. Next to the woodstove are 2 comfortable fauteuils. The dining area is situated next to the modern kitchen with a big fridge and freezer and a Boretti cooker. In the hall is a separate toilet and a separate storage room. Through every window and glass door you have stunning mountain views. Access to the small private garden and the large balcony that is around the entire chalet. Private WiFi network.

2nd floor: Two spacious bedrooms with access to the balcony. Both bedrooms have 2 single box spring beds. Another big bedroom with also 2 single box spring beds. A bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. One bathroom with a shower and sink.

Balcony/Garden: The balcony and garden has plenty of space for children to play, sunbathing or enjoying the beautiful view. The chalet is also located on the south side and lies all day in the sun. Outside furniture and a barbecue make sure you can fully enjoy outside the chalet as well. You can park your car at the parking lot where you also have access to a private garage.

In this beautiful chalet with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is everything united. The magnificent and south-facing view looking upon the mountains, some pistes and the village of Chatel combined with the comforts of this chalet are a guarantee for a breathtaking experience!

An ideal place to stay during the summer!! The chalet is located close to the centre of Chatel, the lifts that will take to you mountain bike parks and close to some amazing mountain paths for people who love to walk and enjoy the nature.

In front of the house a little ski bus stops. It can bring you in 2 minutes to the centre of Chatel. From there you can take the ski lift or you can take the bigger ski bus that will bring you to the other lifts. So a car is not necessary, you can even walk to the centre of Chatel (800 meters).

With over 650 km of marked pistes and about 200 lifts in total, spread over 14 valleys, Portes du Soleil is one of the two largest ski areas in the world. There are slopes for beginners and for advanced skiers.
