Beautiful chalet situated in the lovely village of Châtel , in the French Alps in the Portes du Soleil , the largest ski resort in Europe.
Due to the size, the tons of light through all the big windows, modern appearance and the breathtaking views this chalet is a guarantee for a fabulous holiday with family or friends.
Due to some stairs you have to take to reach the chalet from the parking lot you have amazing views over the village centre of Chatel, the mountains and some pistes.
During the winter a little ski bus stops 100 metres away from the parking lot of the chalet. It will bring you in 3 minutes to the centre of Châtel. From there you can take the ski lift or you can take the bigger ski bus that will bring you to the other lifts. So a car is not necessary, you can even walk to the centre of Châtel (+-900 metres).
House description:
This chalet consists of 2 floors:
Ground floor: Nice big entrance with big built-in closets and a separate toilet. Beautiful living room with stunning mountain views through the windows. A fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. Nice dining area and a big fireplace. Around the entire house is a large balcony.
First floor: 3 very spacious double bedrooms, all 3 with balcony. One of the bedrooms also with a bathroom ensuite with shower and toilet. One bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet. A fourth bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
Balcony/Garden: At the big balcony there is plenty of space for children to play, sunbathing or enjoying the beautiful views. The chalet is also located on the south side and lies all day in the sun!
Parking: The chalet has one private parking space on the parking lot and in the private garage is also room for one (smaller) car.
In this beautiful chalet with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms everything is united. The magnificent and south-facing view looking upon the mountains, some pistes and the village of Châtel combined with the comforts of this chalet are a guarantee for a breathtaking experience!
The area is also an ideal place to stay during the summer!! The chalet is located close to the centre of Chatel, the lifts that will take to you mountain bike parks and close to some amazing mountain paths for people who love to walk and enjoy the nature.
With over 650 km of marked pistes and about 200 lifts in total, spread over 14 valleys, Portes du Soleil is one of the two largest ski areas in the world. There are slopes for beginners and for advanced skiers.
