The house is located in the very heart of Pettneu am Arlberg yet quiet and only a few steps from the winter hiking and ski touring area of Pettneu (Little Arlberg) and from the ski-bus stop to St.Anton am Arlberg (free, takes 8 mins to Nassereinbahn, runs every 15 mins). Many restaurants, shopping facilities such as supermarket & bakery as well as sport shops are in the immediate vicinity. Also, the Wellness-Park Pettneu (indoor swimming) is easily accessible on foot.
To us, spaciousness and comfort are important so that you can really relax during your holiday. All apartments are non-smoker, one is wheelchair accessible. Every apartment comes with fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, cooker with oven, coffee-maker, kettle, cutlery, cookware and dishes, bedclothes, bath towels and dish towels as well as TV. There is free WLAN internet access in the entire house. For your convenience, there is a large parking lot, a ski-room, a dryer for your ski-boots and a private in-house sauna with some home trainers.

About St Anton
This is a skiing place! Everyone who loves skiing or snowboarding has probably heard of the endless snow sports fun the Arlberg Ski Area has to offer.
Well, the house is situated in the centre of the cosy village of Pettneu am Arlberg. Within only 10 mins you are on the slopes.
You can also get on the tracks on your cross-country skis right behind the house or put skins on your skis and ski tour Pettneu and the former ski area (Little Arlberg), which is a wonderful place for ski touring.
If you need ideas for more adventures, I live in this beautiful place with my family for many years. I can show you many secret places if you like!
