Apartment 308 has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the living room so it can sleep up to 6 people. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a second bathroom also which has a full length bath. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a fireplace! The dining table is with 6 dining chairs and the living area has a three seater sofa & armchair, flat screen TV & DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. There is stunning views from this apartment and also from its west & south facing balconies.

There is free Wifi in this apartment. Firewood can be purchased at the mini-market next to reception. This apartment has a washing machine.

The apartment is part of the gated complex Chamkoria Chalets, which is located in a beautiful forested area 7km from the center of Borovets Ski Resort. The apartment building has an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, massage area, mini-market, bar & restaurant, reception area, and private shuttle bus. The shuttle bus brings you to the ski slopes free of charge and you also have free use of the leisure facilities in the main apartment building. Use of the leisure facilities is also free.

The restaurant & shuttle bus service is only operational during the ski season.
The leisure facilities are only open during the ski season, however during the summer months there is an outdoor jacuzzi and sun loungers available free of charge.
