There is a large balcony on both levels with the most fantastic views over the slopes and to the famous pirin mountain peak. There are 2 restaurants on the complex both are excellent

You will be met on arrival by a member of our management team who will be available to answer any of your questions and assist you with ski hire and any other requirements you have. They speak English, Bulgarian and Russian and are available 24hrs in case of an emergency.
