A stay In The Maisonette gives access to the ski slopes in La Grande Terche (rocdenfer) via a free ski Navette also in the other direction Morzine and Avoriaz.
The Maisonette comfortably sleeps 6 adults, or 4 adults and 2 children, and is perfect for a week long self catered ski holiday. It’s a very large maisonette with one double bedded room, a second room leading off the Mezzanine which has a double bed and a single bed (please note low sloping ceilings with central standing room only), The mezzanine has a single be and another pull out single bed underneath. A bathroom with big corner bath and a separate shower cubicle. The Maisonette especially the lounge has great views and has a south facing aspect through lots of windows opening onto a private terrace and wrap around balcony. The Maisonette also benefits from its own very private garden that gives immediate onto its own private parking space.
The maisonette is situated in the centre of Saint Jean d’Aulps and yet is Very private. It is on the ski bus route for both the Grande Terche (Roc d Enfer) and in the other direction : Morzine, Montriond?Avoriaz via Ardent and all connections to the Portes du Soleil.
Saint Jean d’Aulps is a lively small town with plenty of restaurants, predominately British run pubs plus all shops and services (ski Hire) etc close by.
The Maisonette as the photos show is quite special and a lovely very private Apartment to spend a skiing holiday in.

The Maisonette is particularly spacious with great Mountain views. The situation is very convenient with a great English pub and a Restaurant within meters plus several other restaurants within a couple of minutes walk as well as bakeries and ski shops and ski hire.

As can be seen by the photos the maisonette has an exceptional lounge with wood burning stove/fire. Possible for three couples to share plus more spaces available by pre arrangement with the owner. English and French TV/Satelite, good wiffi. The whole is over a 100 sq meters, please note the second bedroom and mezzanine have low sloping ceilings and is not so ideal for tall people but loved by children. Free Skis etc are available at our main chalet by prearrangement ! |

Saint Jean d'Aulps the village/town is the commune which owns la Grande Terche Ski Station, Ski Forfaits etc <> This Staion de Ski is in the Portes du Soleil ski area, which is the biggest in Europe. The SKI Passes are the cheapest in the area and yet has a great ski area with a cicuite to Belaveux, with great Off Piste & Pistes for all levels. Morzine Avoriaz and Let Gets as well as Switzerland are just up the road connected by free Ski Bus.

- if the government of your country of departure, advises against all non essential travel to the country or region where the property is located, or makes it mandatory to quarantine on return from the property - 100% credit note applies in this case
All other reasons will not be considered a valid reason to utilise the Covid-19 cancellation terms, and the standard cancellation terms will apply. These include, but are not limited to:
- an unwillingness to travel
- an inability to travel due to medical reasons (including any related to Covid-19)
- individual or household stay-at-home orders
These Covid-19 cancellation terms are valid up to the day before arrival. After this date there will be no refund or credit note should Covid-19 have an impact upon your booking.
Your country of departure will be determined by the address used at the time of booking and this address will apply to all parties on the booking.
Where a credit note is issued this will be valid for 36 months and can be used against a future booking in the property.
