Description
Modern 3 bedroom apartment located on the sunny side of Morzine. Large balcony overlooking the beautiful town and the pistes of the Pleney. Just a short walk from the Super Morzine ski lift this apartment offers a great location for accessing the slopes and the towns amenities. A great base for a winter or summer self catered holiday.
Open plan living area with comfortable lounge area to relax and unwind in after a long day in the mountains. Flat screen tv with UK tv channels and dvd player provide entertainment
The well equipped kitchen has oven and hob, large fridge, washing machine/ tumble dryer, nespresso coffee machine and everything you need to make catering in the apartment enjoyable. Dining table to comfortably seat 6 people.
Sliding doors from the lounge lead to the large balcony with out door furniture to sit and take in the view while the super morzine bubble bobs past
Bedrooms are as follows:
Bedroom 1: Can be set as a twin room or a double with a super king bed. Built in storage and door leading to the balcony
Bedroom 2: With double bed and mountain views
Bedroom 3: With twin beds, built in storage and mountain views
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: With large shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet
Bathroom 2: With bath, shower over bath vanity unit and toilet
Parking: The apartment also benefits from 2 parking spaces (1 allocated exterior space and 1 allocated space in communual garage) and secure ski equipment storage. The interior car parking space can also be used for bike storage using a safety chain to secure the bikes.
Please note that walking access to the apartment building is via a stepped foot path which is maintained and cleared of snow during the winter months. For this reason we do not recommend the apartment for very young children or people with mobility problems.
