Chalet Christy in a great location, 50m from ski lift giving access to Verbier 4 valley ski area. Hot tub.
Offered on a self catered basis, ideal for families/groups of friends.
There are 8 bedrooms, sleeping up to 16, with 5 double rooms, a twin and 2 bunk rooms, 6 shower/w.c.
Just 2 hours from Geneva airport, or 8/9 hours if driving from Calais.
Within a 5 min walk to the town centre with many shops, bars and restaurants.
With more than 20 years hands-on experience in the hospitality industry having ran pubs and restaurants in the UK. Now having sold our business, we reside in Nendaz all year. We both have a passion for skiing, biking, good food and wine, as well as the other benefits and pleasures the Haute Nendaz area offers.
Our emphasis is on personal service, attention to detail and making your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen. 2 seating areas equipped with TV, DVD player, wi-fi, leather sofa's with seating for all.
Ski lockers, located opposite the chalet.
Winter prices are based on exclusive use, self catered for up to 16.
During the summer months we also offer Chalet Christy on a self catered basis.

About Nendaz
Nendaz is one of the best kept secrets in the alps, it lies at the centre of the Verbier - Mont Fort 4 Valley ski area and one of the only seven ski areas worldwide to hold 5 stars of excellence.
From WINTER 19/20 - a new lift from Prarion to the top of Plan de Fou, replaced the Plan de Fou Gondola and Les Fontaines drag lift. (great for returning skiers with tired legs, no longer have to ski the black run of Fontaines!)
It sits at an altitude of 1400m offering excellent skiing and boarding from early December until late April.
Nendaz is just over the mountain from Verbier and just 160km from Geneva airport (1 1/2 hours by car / 2 hours by train into Sion) It is a pretty village with outstanding views of the Valais region of Switzerland.
Unlike many resorts Nendaz is alive all year round and in Winter hosts various world cup snowboarding as well as ski races. During Summer there are beautiful walks along ancient bisse trails, extensive Mountain Biking trails and Golf courses to name but a few. It really is the ideal adult and family playground.
The full area lift pass gives you access to Mont - Fort 3330 mtrs, Verbier, Siviez Veysonnaz, Thyon, La Tzoumaz and more, with some of the finest off piste skiing in the world.

Golfing:
The course at Sion is just 20 minutes away and is open practically all year round.
There are 5 other golf courses within around a 1 hours drive. The 18 hole courses are at Verbier, Leuk Seuston and Crans-sur-Sierre, with another two 9 hole courses at Sierre and Crans-sur-Sierre.
There are a further 2 nine hole golf courses within 2 hours drive at Matterhorn, the foot of the Alestch glacier in Riederalp and Source du Rhone.

Activities near Nendaz
There are many festivals throughout the year, with the hi-light of the summer, the Cor des Alpes, festival of the Alphorn. Held towards the end of July, you will experience many Swiss traditions.
August the 1st, Swiss National day, with activities on the top of Tracouet, culminating in a colourful firework display.
Vineyards cover most of the opposite sides of the valley, you can sample different wines at the wine festival held in Sierre, the first Saturday in September, or the Fête du Goût, in Sion, where restaurants propose small dishes with accompanying wines.
August brings the sporting events such as Grand Raid, a mountain bike race, with different starting points, Verbier, 125km or Nendaz 93km, to Grimentz.
Nendaz trail, a mountain race on foot, again with 3 different levels, not for the faint-hearted.
The beginning of August also hosts a bike event at a more gentle pace, but still 125km through the vineyard down in the valley.
