Chalet Yk is a stunning 5 bedroom chalet, situated an 8 minute walk away from the Super Morzine telecabine and Morzine village on Route de L’Ete and is bookable on either a self catered or catered basis to suit. You can also easily access the village of Montriond and easily access the Avoriaz ski area via the Ardent telecabine
Just a few minutes walk away is the bus stop to the Ardent telecabine which gives you access straight into the heart of the Portes du Soleil.  At Ardent you will find no queues and the most popular apres bar “Happy Hours” along with another friendly bar and ski hire shops. The easy access and apres are why this is the locals favourite lift.
The village of Montriond is a 15 minute walk from the chalet and has a very lively bar called Marmotte D’Or. They have weekly live music and food. There is also a pizza takeaway, a couple of other good restaurants and ski rental.We recommend you book any ski lessons to start at Pleney or Avoriaz as these places are easier to get to from the chalet.

The chalet itself sleeps up to 12 guests in its 5 ensuite bedrooms.  It has a hot tub, sauna and treatment room and for that cosy night in there is a cinema room. The chalet has been designed with luxury and comfort in mind and has been decorated by a local interior designer it has a modern and sophisticated look and feel. The upper floor has been created as an open plan living space with floor to ceiling windows to maximise the striking, uninterrupted views of Pleney and Nyon.

The 1st floor has been designed as a sociable, modern space with a vaulted roof and floor to ceiling windows which lead out to a sheltered terrace offering the perfect space to take in the incredible views. The south facing aspect means you can catch the sun from morning to evening. The dining area has seating for 10 people and the comfortable seating area has a SMART TV and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a large hob with inbuilt extractor, dishwasher, large fridge and an Nespresso pod coffee machine. 

The kids will love the cinema room and you can watch your favourite movies or concerts with your friends and family. The chalet has a high-definition projector with incredible surround sound and connection to streaming services ( Netflix and Apple TV).  The concealed speakers make it feel like the sound is coming directly from the action on screen and immersing you in the experience. The lower floor has a sauna, shower and treatment area for massages, beauty treatments or even space for yoga and meditation.

All 5 bedrooms can be doubles or twins and all rooms have plenty of space and storage.
The covered car port has access for two cars and has an electric vehicle charging station, further parking is available directly beside the chalet.
There is a utility room on the lower floor with a washing machine and tumble dryer
There is complimentary wifi throughout and there is a powerful SONOS music system in the living room.
