The larger building hosts 4 spacious and cosy chalet apartments with a wood burning stove and this 135m2 option is one of them, spread over 3 floors. The pistes, which you'll find right next to the building, will take you to Bettex, Tortollet and Rocher Noir chair lifts. With these last two lifts you have the connection into the huge ski area of Les 3 Vallées. This slope is also very suitable for beginner skiers.The centre of Les Menuires, with its many bars and restaurants, is just a 5 to10 minute walk away . If booking self catered then on the ground floor of the building you'll also find a bakery, a bar and a pizzeria. A ski storage and a ski boot dryer can be found in the basement.Parking is free in front of the building.

The chalet has a comfortable living room with dining area and a lounge area with flat screen television and wood burning stove. The well equipped kitchen has ceramic hotplates, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric kettle.
