Chalet Maria is ideal for large groups of up to 26 in its 13 bedrooms, each offering the privacy of its own bathroom. This former guesthouse has several rooms where you can spend the evenings, so you can spread out. And you can relaxi in the sauna after a day on the slopes.
Just over a km away is the Fleckenalmbahn lift, which takes you directly into the entire Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski area. The free ski bus stops right outside the door, ensuring you have a convenient location, so if driving here you can leave your car there all week. The centre of Kirchberg is within walking distance less than 400m away and here you will find a wide choice of shops, restaurants, lively bars and some great après-ski. Chalet Maria offers ten parking spaces.
The chalet is spread over four floors.
Ground floor:
Stube/Bar with dining area and TV. There is a well equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and two kettles. Recreation room with dining table, fridge and coffee mchine.
Bedroom with a double bed, double sofa bed, TV, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom with a shower and 2-person sofa bed.
First floor:
Six bedrooms, three of which each have a double bed, TV, balcony and bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. One bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Two bedrooms with a double bed, a sofa bed for 1 person, TV and bathroom with bath/shower, sink and toilet. Some bedrooms have a balcony.
Second floor:
Five bedrooms of which one has a double bed, double sofa bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. One with a double bed, double sofa bed, TV and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. One with a double bed, TV and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. One with a double bed, double sofa bed, TV, balcony and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. And the last one with a double bed, TV, balcony and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Some bedrooms have a balcony.
Basement:
Bedroom with a double bed, double sofa bed, TV and bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Sauna with shower, toilet and relaxation area. Furthermore there is a playroom and ski storage room. Although there are more beds, a maximum of 26 persons is only allowed. Offered on a self catered or catered half board basis to suit.
