Description
Chalet Tarine is a charming family chalet with amazing views down the mountain. The chalet has been newly renovated to a high standard and now offers stylish and comfortable accommodation, full of chalet charm for up to 8 people.
The chalet has a fully equipped modern kitchen and a larder with extra fridge space, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 4 bedrooms (2 doubles with ensuite bathrooms and 2 twin rooms sharing a bathroom). There is also a boot room with boot warmers.
The living area is lovely and large, with lots of soft seating, there are two separate areas so if someone want to watch tv or a film then they can and people who want to talk or read can be seated in the other area. There also a lovely large fireplace .

Book this Chalet Self catered or Catered. We offer two types of catering in this chalet. Firstly our high end package, We have teamed up with Jerry Mant, a highly experienced chef who up until last season ran his own catered chalet for just over 20 years. He is now offering the same excellent service for Chalet Bleu, giving you a complete catered holiday. details below.
The catering would include:
Breakfast with hot option every day
Afternoon tea with cakes and cookies every day
Pre dinner drinks and canapes on 5 nights
3 course dinner with wine on 5 nights
Cleaning on 5 days
Transfer to the main lift area in Meribel and a pick up service again in the afternoon every day.
If you only actually wanted to go out on one of the nights then for a small fee we would be more than happy to provide a simple reheat meal and desert for you all.

Cleaning on 2 days of your stay.
The chalet is well proportioned and very close to the free bus stop, which runs throughout the day and evening and gets you to Meribel in no time at all. Its also possible to ski back to the hamlet of chalets down a red run when condition allow. Its a short walk from the slope to the chalet.
We operate a no smoking policy within the chalet.

If booking self catered please note this price includes the end of stay clean fee, however the kitchen MUST be left clean with all washing up done and bins and recycling taken away. Failure to do so will result in a decution from the secuirty deposit. All linen is included with beds made. We require a £1500 security deposit which will be payable directly to the operator before the start of the holiday

3 course dinner with wine on 5 days.
2 mid week cleans.
The caterer would have one day off and breakfast items will be left for you in the chalet to serve yourselves.
Please note we only work with independent caterers that cater as a profession and most live in France all year round. We have worked with our team of chefs for quite a few seasons now so we are confident of their skills and know that you will get fantastic catering if you choose to add on this option to your holiday.

| Suitability notes | This chalet would be great whether you are a group of Friends or family with children. Don't worry about access to the slopes and Meribel ,it really is easy via the Free ski bus and if you were to hire the ski lockers that are right by the slopes in Meribel then there would be no lugging around of equipment. The lockers have boot warmers in them and a 4 person locker cost around 75 euros for the week. Using the lockers also gives you so many options after skiing, you can go for an apres drink or a wander around Meribel without having to trudge around in ski boots and worry about ski's. you could also go for a swim or to one of the spa areas in Meribel. We can book the lockers for you all. |
