We believe the two most important factors on a winter sports holiday are the snow and the food. Sadly we cannot control how much snow we get, but we can control the food that we serve at our chalets. At Go Ski Meribel you will be served wholesome, hearty and delicious home-cooked food, prepared each day by an experienced chef, using quality local produce and ingredients. We cater for those with special dietary needs and allergies. We also offer a High Tea option for younger children served as a 2-course dinner around 6.30pm.
In order to accommodate all our guests, breakfast is served between 8 & 9.30am every day. We provide freshly baked bread, croissants, cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Each day there is a daily special, hot option.
Cocktails & Canapès
Canapès will be served approximately half an hour before dinner, accompanied by our cocktail of the day.
Available on your return from the mountain, Afternoon Tea includes Fairtrade Cafeology hot drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate) and soft-drinks together with freshly baked cakes and biscuits.
A five course dinner is served six nights a week with quality wine. Dinner will be rounded off with freshly brewed Cafeology Fairtrade teas & coffee.
A complimentary bar of beers, wines, soft drinks and spirits is available. In addition we also offer tea & coffee throughout the day and throughout your stay.
If you have any special dietary needs or allergies, we will be happy to adapt our menu to suit. We also offer a two course dinner option for younger children. We do however ask you to inform us at the time of booking.
Oh yes, and Chalet Everest is ranked #1 chalet in Meribel according to reviewers on TRIPADVISOR.com
