Chalet des Cimes IV is a quite superb apartment in the heart of Arc 1950 village, a pretty and atmospheric pedestrian resort at the foot of the slopes, actually on the piste, with 4 bedrooms, ski locker, sauna, hammam, indoor jacuzzi, gym, indoor/outdoor pools, restaurant and a parking space. Being in the centre, so convenient for all the restaurants, shops and bars, the chalet is 350m from the ski lifts which you ski down to, so you put your skis on outside the ski locker room. The les étoiles piste is the slope the chalet is on, while the ski school is just 50m from the residence. The two nearest ski lifts are Le Bois de l’Ours and Marmotte.
This 110m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The living room is nicely appointed and there is also a contemporary, well equipped kitchen and a south-facing terrace for lunches in the mountain sunshine. For sleeping, the apartment has 4 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms as below.

Staff & services
During your stay, you will be greeted on check in and enjoy bathrooms with toiletries provided. Slippers, beds made on arrival, household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are also included. On request, regular housekeeping can be provided at an additional cost, with the chalet cleaned twice during your stay, whether you opt for the catered half board option or the self catered option.
Arc 1950 is a unique and amazing village offering a real “winter wonderland” area. It has been thoughtfully designed by Canadians (who built Whistler) and made to have a more atmospheric chalet feel with a Canadian twist and it doesn’t fail. Arc 1950 has a variety of restaurants, many attracting good reviews. There are also a number of bars and a club plus a creperie where you can have a variety of pancakes. There is a spar supermarket selling quite a lot of goods (basics for cooking ranging to posh butchers) and at reasonable prices. 1950 is different from other French resorts as there is usually something going on around the “village” each night such as toasting marshmellows around the fire pit, ice sculptures, film nights, golf competitions (get golf ball into large couldron), and wine tasting competitions. All these are free and a nice touch with Arc 1950 without doubt being the nicest place to stay in the huge Paridiski area.

“Back from a very successful ski trip and you were right in that the accommodation was perfect for the 9 of us. Very clean apartment and very well equipped.We all loved it. Great location too which was the best of anywhere we have stayed at and the spa facilities were well used. The kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub and sauna.Best of all though was the outstanding chef and that was the icing on the cake. Simply a super apartment with an outstanding chef...More on that later but thank you so much from the Ronson family"
