The home features a modern gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range and a normally full wine fridge. The granite breakfast bar seats 5 comfortably and serves as the perfect place for entertaining family or friends as well as the large dining room which comfortably seats 10. A small family room with a flat screen TV is conveniently located just off the kitchen and is a comfortable hang out area for the kids. In addition, for all your entertainment needs there is a separate media room on the lower floor with a pool table, flat screen TV and access to the private hot tub.
Chalet Bedrooms
Each of the spacious 4 bedrooms features its own ensuite and flat screen TV. Three of the four guest rooms are located on the upper level. The first master bedroom features a king bed and large walk-in closet leading to the spacious ensuite which features a double vanity, a glass-enclosed shower and a beautiful deep soaking tub - perfect for soaking away the day's activities. The second master bedroom features a king bed and a luxurious ensuite with double vanity, a deep soaking tub and separate glass enclosed shower. The third bedroom features a king split bed and ensuite with bath and overhead shower. The fourth bedroom is located on the main level and features a queen bed and ensuite with a spacious glass-enclosed shower. For your convenience, there is also a guest powder room on the main level and a fifth bathroom and the steam room located on the lower level just off the media room.
The chalet offers access to your own private gondola on Whistler Mountain and features a double car garage and driveway parking, laundry facilities with washer and dryer and wireless internet access. The chalet also features the latest Control 4 home automation system which allows you to centrally control (from the provided iPad) the lights and music server for the kitchen, dining and patio as well as enjoy HD PVR, Apple TV and BluRay in each room. The chalet is located in the up market Kadenwood development and is perched on the south side of Whistler Mountain, high above Whistler Creekside and is easily accessible by road or 4 minutes by private gondola from the base of Creekside.
