Chalet Ava is one of the luxury chalets within a larger chalet building, with five chalet apartments, ideally located in the highest district of Les Menuires, Reberty 2000. The chalet apartments are only 100 meters away from an easy blue slope making this almost ski in ski out. From this piste you can ski over to the Sunny Express chairlift and Bruyères gondola which give you access to around 650 km of interconnected slopes in Les Trois Vallées. The ski bus stop is about 20 metres away if you want to get to other parts of Les Menuires, including the centre and don't want to walk anywhere.The closest restaurant and bar to here is 200m away, with a number of ski shops too close by.

Offered either self catered or on a catered half board basis, approximately 40 metres away is a supermarket which adds to its convenient location. The centre of Les Menuires is about 2.5 km away which offers a wide range of restaurants, après-ski bars, shops, childcare and an indoor pool. You can ski down to there or you can also reach the centre by the free ski bus.

This chalet apartment is divided over three floors, with the entrance located on the third floor of the chalet.
On the second floor are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and toilet. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and bedroom 3 has two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. On this level there is also another bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. From all bedrooms you have access to the balcony (approx. 19 sqm), with a private hot tub.

On the third floor is a spacious living room with sitting area, large flat screen satellite TV, a wood burning stove, dining area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster. From the kitchen you have access to the balcony (approx. 17 m²) and some great views. On this level you also have bedroom 4 with a double bed. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet, adjacent to the bedroom.

On the fourth floor is bedroom 5 with a double bed, plus a cabin bedroom with a bunk bed, as bedroom 6, ideal for any children with you. These share a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
