This is a fantastic 3-bedroom ski in/ski out apartment with uninterrupted views of La Solaise and Bellevarde ski areas.

As the name implies, this bright and contemporary apartment faces due south and is bathed in sunshine all day long. It has an ideal location right on the piste, away from the main roads, but it remains just a short walk from the myriad of shops, bars and restaurants that the centre of resort has to offer.

The interior of the apartment has an inviting alpine feel to it with the use of warm-wooden panelling on the walls and parquet flooring throughout. The spacious lounge and dining area is open plan and has large windows on two sides that let the light flood in and make the most of the outstanding views of the surrounding mountains. Glass doors lead onto the large south facing balcony where you can catch some rays or watch the skiers zip past your door. There are two comfortable sofas and a large armchair in the lounge, creating the perfect space to relax after a full day on the slopes. For your entertainment, there is also a flat screen TV with French TV and some international channels ( CNN, Bloomberg, BBC News 24), DVD player and wifi.

There is a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table and chairs for 8 in the lounge.

Guests also have use of a ski/boot room within the residence where you can safely store your kit.

Kitchen - Fully equipped with large oven, 4-ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.

Living Area - Large open plan living/dining area with wonderful mountain views all around. The dining table will comfortably seat 8.

Renowned for its extensive pistes and endless ski touring Val d’Isere offers some of the best skiing in the Alps. With a high percentage of black runs the resort is a destination for the experienced skier wanting to push themselves. However, the new beginners area at the top of the Solaise and the winding green and blue runs into La Daille provides a great place to learn. Based at the top of the Tarentaise Valley at 1,850 metres Val d’Isere is one of the highest and most snow-sure ski resorts in France. The season runs from late November through to the beginning of May.

Except for the specifically mentioned scenarios below where travel restrictions are implemented, our standard cancellation terms and deadlines will apply.

If within 7 days of your scheduled arrival in resort there is:

- A covid-19 related closure of the resort of Val d’Isère or a mandatory instruction by the French national, regional or local authorities to close all tourist accommodation as a result of covid-19

- A travel ban imposed in France or the country of residence of the client which prevents travel to or departure from Val d’Isère during the period of occupation of the booking

- Where the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (or your equivalent government body if you are not a resident in the UK) advise against travel to your destination.

We will accept a cancellation by you and provide you with a credit note for the amount paid to us minus a 2% administration fee which can be rolled over to cover a booking in the same property the following year and that year only. Please send us a written cancellation in which you must state the reason for the cancellation in relation to the 3 points above.

We are required to comply with all national and local government-imposed regulations, recommendations and measures relating to covid-19. Accordingly, we reserve the right to make changes to the services offered or service level provided, however every effort will be made to keep any such disruption to a minimum.
