Chalet Schönberger is the ideal starting point for your holiday in Zell am See! The Schmittenhöhebahn and TrassXpress lift stations are just 300 meters away. You can be at the slopes of Zell am See in no time and then over to Saalbach if you prefer. The Sonnenalmbahn, drag lifts, ski school, kids club and ski rental are all within walking distance of the chalet, so convenience is assured if you stay here. In addition there are a number of hotels close by to walk to for any meals, drinks etc.
In addition to this prime location, chalet Schönberger has a typical Austrian appearance. It has a cosy look and is comfortably furnished and if you put your curtains aside in the morning you will have a view of the mountains! After a day in the snow, you can store your equipment in the ski storage room with ski boot dryers. There is plenty of parking available in front of the chalet if driving here too.
The lively centre of Zell am See is 1,5 km from the chalet (approx, 5 minutes away by car or the free shuttle which stops close by or approx. 15-20 minutes walking, but also accessible on skis). Zell am See has an attractive and lively centre with many shops, restaurants, après-ski bars and facilities such as an ice skating rink and indoor swimming pool. The chalet is divided over three floors.
There is a comfortable living room with a sitting area, TV and small dining area situated on the ground floor. There is a well equipped and spacious kitchen with four hot plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet plus a separate toilet.
There are three bedrooms situated on the first floor, of which two have a double bed and a bunk bed and one with a double bed. There is a bathroom with shower on this level and a separate toilet. Via a steep narrow staircase you can reach the attic floor, which has a bedroom with two single beds. This bedroom is located under a sloping roof and therefore has partly limited headroom. The chalet also has a terrace, balcony, ski storage room and Wi-Fi and offered self catered or catered to suit.
