Spacious apartment of 3229 square feet for at least 15 people, newly renovated and ideally located a short walk from the ski lifts. The apartment is equipped withprivate sauna, a barbecue, a balneotherapy tub, a free access to a semi-private fully equipped gym, a 753 square feet sunny terrace with an exceptional view of the mountains and the ski lifts. Wheelchair accessible.

The apartment of 2475 square feet has 2 large living roomswhich have direct access to the private terrace, a spacious dining room, a full kitchen and a 753 sq.ft south-facing terrace. You will have a ski rental discount : 20% off during school holidays and 30% off non school holidays with our partner located a short walk from the apartment.

Newly renovated, the apartment is very spacious and bright with a balance of regional and antique furniture and modern home décor in the spirit of a mountain chalet.

The bed linens / bath towels are included and you will find the beds already done at your arrival. Details of the apartment are as followed:

-The main entrance has a shoe drying system and 2 secured doors.
-The first living room is 365 square feet with 3 large couches and facing south. The room has a wood floor and the ambiance is very cozy with a bar corner, that can also be used for coffee/tea times!
-A fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, freezer, an oven, dish washer, kettle, "raclette" machines, "fondue" machines, microwave, coffee machines etc…
-A spacious dining room of 128 square feet with a large table that can fit up to 18 people. With direct access to the terrace, ideal for outside lunches and dinners.
-The second living room of 269 square feet has a TV, two large couches, a reading area and direct access to the terrace.
-A 753 square feet private terrace with a panoramic view of the mountains and ski area. The terrace has a private sauna, a barbecue and 2 large tables for 15/18 people, ideal for outside lunches and dinners. Smoking area.

- A large bedroom with a queen size bed. This bedroom has access for people with reduced mobility (wheelchair accessible). South-east facing view of the mountains, and direct access to the terrace.

Located on the 3rd floor of the Résidence Les Marmottes with elevator, the apartment is ideally located : the free shuttle stops in front of the building and the apartment is a short walk from the ski school meeting point. The ski lift Belle Etoile is in front of the building and the ski lift Vallée Blanche starts at 50m from the apartment. The creche and nursery is a few meters away. A short walk to the boulangerie, restaurant, grocery stores…

Valid circumstances covered by these Covid-19 cancellation terms are limited to:

  • official closure of the property due to Covid-19 restrictions
  • if the government of the country where the property is located, imposes a mandatory travel restriction preventing travel either to the country or to the property, or imposes a mandatory quarantine on arrival
  • if the government of your country of departure, imposes a mandatory travel restriction preventing travel either to the country or region where the property is located
  • if the government of your country of departure, advises against all non essential travel to the country or region where the property is located, or makes it mandatory to quarantine on return from the property

All other reasons will not be considered a valid reason to utilise the Covid-19 cancellation terms, and the standard cancellation terms will apply. These include, but are not limited to:

  • an unwillingness to travel
  • an inability to travel due to medical reasons (including any related to Covid-19)
  • individual or household stay-at-home orders

These Covid-19 cancellation terms are valid up to the day before arrival. After this date there will be no refund or credit note should Covid-19 have an impact upon your booking.


Your country of departure will be determined by the address used at the time of booking and this address will apply to all parties on the booking.


Where a credit note is issued this will be valid for 12 months and can be used against a future booking in the property. The arrival date of the future booking must be within 15 months from your original arrival date.
