Chalet Alexus is a fabulous 5 bedroom chalet apartment and part of a larger building which was completed at the end of 2020. It is located is a great position on Avenue de la Croisette, directly next to the slopes in the high and snow sure village of Les Menuires. From the chalet you step into your bindings and you are then straight onto the blue slope, skiing over to the Tortellet or Le Bettex chair lifts which take you into to the vast ski area of Les Trois Vallées with approximately 600 km of terrain. There is a small supermarket opposite the chalet for any groceries and In the chalet building you will find a bakery, restaurant, ski shop and the ESF ski school.
This classy apartment is luxurious, spacious at 183m2 and is spread over two floors. It comes nicely furnished and has a balcony, electric fireplace and free Wi-Fi. If driving here there are two parking spaces in the garage (height approx. 2.15m). Next to the accommodation is a new hotel and the facilities there will be open to guests staying here. The chalet can be booked on a self catered or catered half board basis, or on a part catered basis with further details on request.
Approximately 1 km away you will find the centre/tourist office and indoor shopping centre of Les Menuires, passing all the essential outlets such as ski rental shops, restaurants and the indoor sports centre with swimming pool, fitness, jacuzzi, saunas, steam room and and a children’s play area. In the centre of Les Menuires you will find a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and ski schools. The centre can be reached within a 10 minute walk down the road, 1km away, or 2 minutes via the free ski bus, which stops outside the chalet.
In the chalet you will find a comfortable living room with a welcoming sitting area, electric fireplace, satellite TV and dining area for up to 10. There is an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Furthermore, the apartment has several balconies which together add 55 m² of space, plus a ski-locker with a ski-boot dryer.
There are five bedrooms, all with two twin beds in each. There are then six bathrooms, of which five are en suite with a shower and toilet and the sixth with a with a sauna and shower. Next door at the new 4 star Higalik hotel you also have complimentary use there of the indoor pool, spa (currently age restricted to 16 and over) and all the facilities. A quality ski in ski out option in a snow sure area at a great price and we highly recommend opting for the catered route.
