Chalet Magrez is a superb 7 bedroom catered chalet, ideally located in the heart of the old village area of Alpe d’Huez, close to the Tourist Office on Route Romaine and conveniently near a number of restaurants, bars, shops, a bakery, mini market and ski rental shops. This chalet apartment consists of the first 2 floors of a relatively newly built chalet, finished in December 2017, has its own garage and private parking. The chalet is bookable including half board, where you should be well looked after by your catering staff. UK flights and transfers are also now included as standard.
The 250m2 spacious chalet is south facing with a breathtaking view of the mountain, just 100 m from 2 ski lifts (Telecentre and l’Eclosse lifts) and with ski-in ski-out options in front of the chalet. The chalet comes well equipped with a relaxation room with sauna, indoor jacuzzi and shower, a ski and boot room with a ski boot dryer, plus a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The chalet forms the ground and 1st floor of this huge chalet building with a 3 bedroom apartment at the top which is occasionally rented out and has a separate entrance, but the sauna, ski and boot room and hot tub are for your sole use, so your privacy is assured.The chalet is non-smoking, animals and groups of young people under 25 years old are not allowed.
On arrival you will find sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, mattress covers provided for each bed. Towels and bath sheets provided for each person with end of stay cleaning included. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request. The chalet apartment offers 7 bedrooms with twin beds and private bathrooms (6 with showers and 1 with a bath). The chalet offers a spacious and inviting living space bathed in sunlight with a large lounge area, where you can meet around the fireplace and discuss the days exploits. The kitchen comes well equipped, with an American kitchen with induction hobs, fridge, freezer, ovens, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster coffee maker, kettle, etc. Everything you need is here for a comfortable and convenient stay.
