This 400m2 luxury chalet can accommodate up to 16 people: groups of friends, large families or corporate retreats. The chalet is situated in a quiet location on the ski slopes with amazing 180° view on the Rhone Valley. With its large semi-professional kitchen, outdoor gas BBQ, its multi-zone surround sound system and its log fire, the chalet is an amazing place to enjoy everyone's company. For those who do not ski, there are a couple of routes for snow shoes in winter, easily accessible from the chalet. And after a long day of activities, you can relax in the steam room or the Jacuzzi. And then finish the day watching a nice move in the living room or on your private HDTV in your bed with your loved one or friend.

Security/Breakage deposit (payable one week before arrival): 200.- CHF per person (based on a full chalet rental of 16 people) or 1500.- CHF minimum.

- Transportation upon arrival and departure in Winter from/to Les Clèves parking (150m from/to the chalet, where there are up to 4 reserved parking sports for the chalet)
- 3 Shopping trips per week of stay from/to Les Clèves parking (150m from/to the chalet)
- Local Tourist Taxes (3.50 CHF per adult, 1.75 CHF per child (12 to 16))
- A set of bed linens (beds are prepared before your arrival), towels (for shower and for Jacuzii/Hammam)and bathrobes for booked guests

Les Clèves – Exclusive chalet area
The chalet ‘Altitude 1600’ is located in the ‘Les Clèves’ exclusive area directly on the 'Jean-Pierre' ski slope at the top of Haute-Nendaz. At 1600m high and at the top of the resort means more and longer lasting snow than in the most of the village accommodations. By going to ‘Les Clèves’ area, you’ll also be escaping the large apartment settlements of the village to enjoy a unique area of typical and modern ski chalets. Additionally the chalet is close to the newly opened restaurant ‘Bistro les Clèves’, where local food meets Scandinavian influences and the highly animated Ski Bar ‘Le Bob’ where you can stop by after a skiing or a snow shoe walk to take some refreshments or a little aperitif before walking back to the chalet ;).

Parking is available directly at the chalet only when there isn't snow: usually from end of April until November to Beginning of December. When there is snow (During winter season or more), guests can park at the parking Les Clèves, about 300m downhill walk from the chalet. In order to help you reach the chalet, we have organized the following: a transportation in a Polaris machine from/to the chalet and from/to the parking 'Les Clèves',iincluded in the rates: - Upon arrival and departure
