This excellent self catered chalet option is on Rue Saint Claude, in Le Levassaix, a picture perfect hamlet with access into the huge three valleys ski area and the lift 250m away.The chalet is located very close to Les Menuires just over a km away, where you will find many bars and restaurants. In front of the chalet, you will find a 18th century chapel and a bakery.
Les Ménuires with its shopping mall, restaurants, supermarket, bars, cafés, leisure-centre with swimming pool, ski school, childcare can be reached easily by walking, or on skis or by the free ski bus with the closest ski and rental shop 500m away.
The slope leading down to the Bettaix chair lift passes the chalet 250 m away. This fast 4-seater-chairlift takes you straight into the heart of the largest linked ski area in the world (though the Portes du Soleil will argue that point). From the top, you can ski down to Les Menuires centre on an easy slope to he meeting points of several ski schools. Thanks to this ski link, Le Bettaix is the perfect place to discover the slopes of Meribel, Courchevel and Val Thorens.
The chalet has a modern open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, large fridge, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, electric raclette grill, satellite TV, complimentary WiFi, towel dryer; 2 balconies and a ski room with a ski boot dryer. All 5 bedrooms have twin beds and there are 4 bathrooms, 2 with a shower and sink and 2 with a shower, sink and WC with one separate WC. A great quality choice that won’t break the bank and bookable also on a catered or part catered as well as a self catered basis to suit.
