The apartment building is located in a quiet yet central location between Saalbach and Hinterglemm, in one of the best loved winter sports areas of Austria, Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn or the Ski Circus area. The centre of Saalbach can be reached in about 10 minutes or less by walking, with the free ski bus stopping every 5 to 10 minutes almost directly in front of the chalet on the main street. The nearest supermarket, the M-Preis, is located directly opposite the building. The chalet also offers a ski in possibility almost directly to the front door, via ski slope 86 from the Sunliner lift. Convenience is thus assured by staying here.

The chalet apartment is offered either self catered or with a catered half board option to suit and is bookable on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
