Book a room and share the chalet with other Snomads guests, or take the whole chalet for your group. Airport transfers, gondola shuttles, ski fitting, lift-pass cards and home-cooked dinners are all sorted, so your week is about the mountain, not the admin.

THE CHALET
Diana-Ross works especially well for groups of friends, larger families and celebrations who love a lively chalet atmosphere. Inside, there's a log-fire dining room, a lounge with Sky/TNT Sports and a retro N64, as well as a private sauna for tired legs after skiing. Outside, the hot tub, garden, table tennis and foosball are shared with guests from Supreme next door. Daily Snomads shuttles make it easy to get to and from the gondola.

CHOOSE HOW YOU STAY
• Shared chalet. Your own lockable room, most with en-suite bathrooms, sharing the lounge, facilities and mealtimes with other Snomads guests. This works best for couples, solo travellers and smaller groups who like the social side of a chalet holiday.

• Private chalet with social dining. The whole chalet is yours, except at breakfast and dinner, when guests from Supreme next door join you in the dining room. This is our most popular option for larger groups.

• Private chalet with private dining (+£900). The whole chalet, mealtimes included. Our team still stays and cooks on site, and the hot tub and garden remain shared with Supreme.
Shared rooms are available most of the season. For New Year and February half-term, they may only be released around eight weeks before arrival.

YOUR WEEK, SORTED
Return Sofia airport transfers are included on standard changeover days. Daily shuttles run between the chalet and the gondola. On your first ski day, we'll take you straight to a suitable lift point on the mountain, so you skip the busy gondola queue. On public holidays and selected peak weeks, this may be available as an optional add-on.

Our in-house fitter handles ski and snowboard fitting on site, and can service your own kit too. Reusable lift-pass cards will be ready and waiting at the chalet, saving you a trip to the pass office on your first morning. We can also help arrange lessons and other mountain activities. Children under 13 staying for a full week get free standard ski or snowboard hire.

Breakfast is served every day, with hot options. Home-cooked two-course dinners are included on Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday, and private chalet groups can add Tuesday and Thursday. You'll come back from skiing to a freshly baked treat, with tea, coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7. On the other evenings, we'll point you to our favourite spots in town, and guests get discounts at selected partner restaurants. Dietary requirements are catered for at no extra charge with at least two weeks' notice.

A Snomads host is around throughout your stay, in person or on WhatsApp, and you'll have a private group chat before you arrive.

BIGGER GROUP?
Diana-Ross sits right next door to Supreme, and the two can be booked together for up to 35 guests. When booked together, Diana-Ross is charged at the standard private chalet rate and you get 25% off Supreme.

ORGANISING THE GROUP?
Getting everyone booked is a job in itself, so as the organiser, your equipment hire and a spa day are on us, worth up to £130. It's transferable to anyone in your group.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Two bedrooms share a bathroom, which suits families or close friends travelling together.
• On social dining, Supreme guests eat with you at breakfast and dinner. Upgrade to private dining if you'd rather have mealtimes to yourselves.
• The kitchen is for our team only, so there's no guest cooking.
• Diana-Ross is in a local neighbourhood, and you may hear animals from time to time. Earplugs are available for lighter sleepers.
• Most rooms have blackout curtains. If you need complete darkness, bring an eye mask just in case.
