The residences in the La Falaise district have Green Key accreditation and are located at the entrance to the Avoriaz 1800 pedestrianised resort, with immediate access to the entertainment and activities on offer. La Falaise consists of 9 buildings: Saskia, Malinka, Elinka, Neva, Chapka, Datcha, Epicéa, Tilia and Hôtel de la Falaise, which face the Morzine valley. They contain fully equipped, comfortable, functional apartments. The residences are located between 200 and 800 metres from Aquariaz, the largest water park in the mountains. The Deep Nature Spa is located between 600 and 200 metres from the residences. The area is ideally positioned for guests to make the most of all the entertainment and activities the resort has to offer: the Children's Village, ice rink and toboggan run.
