From Girona:
- Via Vic, then Manresa, then the Cadi tunnel (charges apply).

From Toulouse:
- Via Foix then Ax-les-Thermes towards Pas de la Case (via the Envalira tunnel) then Soldeu and El Tarter
- Once in El Tarter, you'll find the residence on the village's main street (next to the Tarter hotel).

No direct access to the resort by train. However, it is possible to travel part of the way by train, then take bus connections:
- From Madrid: LÉRIDA STATION (166 km) (high-speed train/AVE from Madrid), then Lérida - Andorra bus connection
- From Barcelona: PUIGCERDÀ STATION (43 km) then bus connection Puigcerdà - La Seu d'Urgell - Andorra
- From Girona (200 km): bus connections from GIRONA STATION
- From Toulouse: HOSPITALET STATION in France (24 km) then bus connection (N.B.: bus to Andorra from Toulouse).
