Chalet Enzian is a superb and centrally located unique chalet with lots of space and bedrooms for friends and family parties. Its excellent location, being close to both the Stubnerkogel gondola lift in Bad Gastein, 300m away, the Felsentherme spa and the centre of Badgastein with its great shopping, bars and restaurants, 500m away, means this is a popular choice. The house itself has large balconies on all floors, from where you have a fantastic views of the Stubnerkogel, Sportgastein and the town itself.
In the chalet there is room for up to 24 people in its 10 bedrooms, spread over four floors. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with sleeping for 5 (double and a double with an extra single bed), a large modern, quality bathroom with shower, ski storage and a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
On the first floor, there are a further four bedrooms to sleep up to 11 (4 doubles with 2 of them having an extra single bed).These share a large bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. On the second floor, you will find the last 4 bedrooms, for up to 9 people (4 doubles with one of them having an extra single bed). On this floor there are also 2 large, quality bathrooms, one with a shower and the other is with a bath. On the top floor of the house, you will find in the heart of the house, in the form of a superb and well equipped kitchen, large dining area and a comfortable sitting area around the satellite TV and a toilet.
Thus in total you have 10 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, hence can only be booked with sole occupancy. This great value and well located chalet could be your perfect choice and if the size and facilities work for your group, we welcome any enquiries.

"This chalet is a great option for groups who can accept lots of bedrooms but just the 4 bathrooms. The living room on the top floor is great, as is the kitchen which even has 2 dishwashers and in fairness the bedrooms/bathrooms are also great, but just not enough bathrooms for large adult groups for me. Parking is for up to 6 vehicles and it has a heated ski and boot room. Just an easy 5 min walk to the ski lift, and 3 mins to the mini market. Badgastein is a superb ski resort and great in summer too with the spa baths. Very pretty area and we will return back soon. A great chalet option as long as you are OK with 4 bathrooms".
