Chalet Bizet offers the cosy ambience of a Chalet whilst also bosting many facilities which you would expect to find in a Hotel. Our family-run Chalet prides itself on providing that warming welcome from the day you arrive, to the day you depart.
With a selection of 10 bedrooms, all rooms are well furnished, contain all the amenities you will need and offer great views over the town and mountain.
Each morning a hot and cold breakfast is available, and our homemade jams are a favourite amongst guests.
Located only 5 min walk to the old town centre, many shops, restaurants and bars offer great value for those wanting to experience a great Bulgarian welcome. A complimentary shuttle service is offered daily to the main Gondola which is a 3 min drive, or for those who want to stretch their legs ready for a day on the slopes, a short 20 min walk will get you there.
Our lounge/dining room is a great place to meet after a day on the slopes, where you can warm up with free hot refreshments, freshly baked cakes, and discuss your day with other guests. If you feel you still want to relax further, our Finish sauna, 6 person jacuzzi or steam room is offered at no additional cost.
In the evening, a warm evening meal, alongside a selection of free local wine and beer is provided throughout your stay. Following dinner, you may wish to stay in the lounge where a new flat-screen TV with international channels is provided, or venture out to experience some local culture.

If, on the day before arrival, any of the circumstances outlined below apply to your booked dates, and this results in your booking being cancelled, then you will be entitled to a 100% refund of your accommodation payments.

- if the government of the country where the property is located, imposes a mandatory travel restriction preventing travel either to the country or to the property, or imposes a mandatory quarantine on arrival
- if the government of your country of departure, imposes a mandatory travel restriction preventing travel either to the country or region where the property is located
- if the government of your country of departure, advises against all non essential travel to the country or region where the property is located
All other reasons will not be considered a valid reason to utilise the Covid-19 cancellation terms, and the standard cancellation terms will apply. These include, but are not limited to:
- an unwillingness to travel
- an inability to travel due to medical reasons (including any related to Covid-19)
- an inability to travel due to vaccination status
- individual or household stay-at-home orders
These Covid-19 cancellation terms are valid up to the day before arrival. After this date there will be no refund or credit note should Covid-19 have an impact upon your booking.
Your country of departure will be determined by the address used at the time of booking and this address will apply to all parties on the booking.
