Chalet Ellie is one of a few conveniently located chalets in a small complex of 6 chalet apartments, just below the centre of Les Menuires and only 25 metres from an easy blue ski slope. From this piste you can ski over to the Tortollet chairlift and the Rocher Noir gondola from the chalet. The Tortollet chairlift takes you, in a few minutes, to the centre of Les Menuires, where more ski lifts leave for the Col de la Chambre and the 3 Marches. From here you can go further into the Les Trois Vallées ski area. The Rocher Noir gondola takes you to the Point de la Masse, where an excellent area awaits skiers and boarders of any level.

You can also walk across the slopes from the chalet and take the 'Preyerand' passenger lift to the centre of Les Menuires which is right in front of you. In the centre of Les Menuires you'll find a wide range of restaurants and bars for some fun après-ski. Furthermore, there are a number of supermarkets, ski rental shops, ski schools, childcare and an indoor pool with wellness facilities in the village. Within a radius of 200 metres from the chalet there are several restaurants and a ski rental shop. Indeed Just above the chalet and accessible via a staircase, is restaurant La Ruade. This restaurant, with large sun terrace and a huge fireplace, offers local specialties and international dishes, with the restaurant owners being family members of the owners of the chalet apartments.

The chalet-apartment is divided over two floors.
The entrance is on the ground floor with a ski boot dryer for 10 pairs of shoes and you can store your skis and snowboards in the ski locker next to the front door.

The living room is found on the first floor, furnished with wood and a beamed ceiling. The living room is comfortably furnished and has a nice sitting area with a wood burning stove, satellite TV with DVD player, a dining table and a small but well equipped open plan kitchen, with a hob, a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and an electric kettle. The chalet has Wi-Fi internet and three balconies with a beautiful and unobstructed view.

Three bedrooms are on the ground floor with two single beds each and an en-suite bathroom with shower, with two separate toilets. On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms with two single beds in each. Both of these bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower with a separate toilet on this floor. If driving here there is ample complimentary parking.
