Built in 2009, this comfortable 220m2 chalet is in the mountain village of Le Bettaix, on Route des Pêcheurs just below Les Menuires and just 200m from the slopes and chair lift. There are 9 tastefully decorated rooms for up to 14 people, arranged across spacious living area and offers a comfortable choice for up to 14 people.
On the ground floor of the chalet you will find a private home cinema room with a projector, a DVD player, a surround sound system and a comfortable sitting area. Further to this, there is a modern wellness area with a sauna, shower and a toilet, plus a double bedroom.
On the first floor there is an inviting 50m2 sitting area, which is arranged around an open fireplace, a satellite TV, a DVD player, a radio / CD-player, a large dining table and a modern fitted kitchen. In addition there is a twin en suite bedroom with and a separate toilet.
All further 5 bedrooms are located on the second floor of the chalet with 3 twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, plus 2 twin bedrooms each ensuite with a balcony. All the bedrooms in the chalet are equipped with a satellite TV. There is also a ski and boot room with ski boot-driers and WiFi is available. The prime location of the chalet enables the occupiers to be almost able to reach the chalet when skiing back to the chalet. Les Menuires centre lies 3km away and immediately in the village you will find a couple of bars/restaurants, a mini market and a ski rental shop. Fresh baguettes can be delivered to the chalet on request.
