Chalet La Grande Étoile is nestled in the heart of the Vielle Alpe quartier of Alpe d'Huez, just a stone's throw from the town's shops, restaurants and bars. The resort's ski school, lifts and tourist centre are also within easy reach of the chalet.
The chalet features a south-facing balcony offering incredible views over the mountains.
This ideally situated chalet blends traditional alpine charm with modern touches, providing the perfect space to enjoy a ski break with friends and family. Entrance to the chalet is on the ground floor, where you will find a private ski room and boot dryer, so you can safely store your kit during your stay.
On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen and spacious open-plan living and dining area. This cosy space opens out onto the balcony, so you can relax and dine against the stunning back of the mountain views. The wellness area features a sauna and jacuzzi, perfect for soothing sore muscles after a long day on the slopes.
There are 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests, all with ensuite bathrooms. The first bedroom can be found on the first floor, with the remaining 4 bedrooms on the second floor.
This chalet can be combined with its sister chalet for groups of up to 18 people. Both of these chalets share use of the indoor jacuzzi & sauna.
The chalet is offered with contactless catering or on a self-catering basis.
Included in the price: beds made on arrival, bath robes and slippers, mid-week and end of stay cleaning, mid-week towel change, satellite TV, free WIFI access in the chalet.

Our set menu with food and drink included in the catered price. An all-inclusive price, which includes rental of the chalet and your food and drink for the week. Included will be breakfast and afternoon tea for 7 days, a three-course dinner on 6 nights, plus unlimited wine and some beers. We have prepared a delicious menu for the week, with a mix of ready prepared meals from a local delicatessen and easy to cook dishes or sides. All that will be required from you is to pop a few things in the oven and throw together a few ingredients to make a simple salad or steam a few vegetables as sides to your main meal. There will be no staff in your chalet.
