It has been completely renovated and once lived there the grandmother, then the grandchildren and today it’s a typical 70 sqm stone and wood villa on two floors embraced by the garden of the Residence.

Villa La Rozoou summarizes the art of living in the Alps today: a decidedly rustic-chic atmosphere resulting from the combination of old recycled wood that decorates the space, soft-colored walls, antique furniture and the modern red lacquered kitchen.

Its beating heart is the living area on the ground floor: a single living space, large, convivial, ideal for organizing excellent dinners or breakfasts with friends, moments of reading or work, board games or to watch a film in the living room on the 42” TV screen. A house in the mountains to enjoy loved ones and be together on vacation. In addition, a practical hallway and a large bathroom with shower and washing machine complete the ground floor.

The upper floor is the sleeping area with two bedrooms: one double bedroom with balcony and a classic family room for four. On the floor there is also a second bathroom with sink, toilet and bidet.

Outside, in front of the entrance, the extensive garden breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc is an added space of theVilla la Rozoou. To fully enjoy the simple joys of outdoor life, an outdoor dining area for exclusive use as well as deck chairs and sun loungers await you.

Derby Village is a very accessible plain and therefore lends itself to walks in families with smaller and older, apart from the traffic.
Its strategic position allows to reach in a short time, in summer and in winter, the resorts of La Thuile and Courmayeur and the mythical Pré-Saint-Didier thermal baths close by.
